After graduating from Marmara University's textile and fashion design department in 2018, she started her master's degree in printing at Marmara University. While the thesis period was still ongoing, she worked as a design assistant for MiiN brand for 3 years, following Nihan Peker's design assistantship in 2019. In this process, she became one of the 10 finalists in the Koza Young Fashion Designers competition, which she participated in 2020, and presented her Men's clothing collection within the scope of Fashion Week Istanbul New Gen' 21, after qualifying for her Master's Education at the Istanbul Fashion Academy.
Şeyma Hamamcı was born in Istanbul,1994.She completed her primary school and high school degrees in İstanbul.After starting the textile and fashion design department at Istanbul Technical University.She continued her education in the department of textile and fashion design at Halic University faculty of fine arts and graduated with the first rank in the faculty.She also completed her double major in Graphic design.She completed her internship in İpekyol and had the opportunity to work in all departments of the collection,from drawing,design and production stages,she still continues to work as a freelance. She took part in many competitions as semi-finalists and took place as the top 10 finalists in the 28th Koza Young Fashion Designers competition.After completing the Fashion Design master class program at the Istanbul Fashion Academy, she had the opportunity to take part in the Istanbul Fashion Week as part of New Gen.
Berfin Özgür was born on February 15, 1997 in Istanbul. She graduated from Aşık Veysel Fine Arts High School in 2015. She competed as a finalist in the 28th Koza Young Designers Competition in 2020.
She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Textile and Fashion Design Department in 2021.
Öykü Ece Uza
Textile and Fashion Designer born in Eskişehir, currently based in Istanbul. She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Fashion and Textile Design Department in 2021. Studied at Willem de Kooning Academy with an exchange program in 2018-2019. In the same year, she did her weaving internship at Alfa Tekstil. She has been working as a freelance print designer in the Women and Men Departments of Mudo for about 2 years. In 2019, she was one of the finalists in the Junioshow Baby & Kidswear Young Designer Competition. She was among the 10 finalists in the Koza Young Designers Competition in 2020. Later, she exhibited her collection at Istanbul Fashion Week in 2021 as part of New Gen. She was among the 11 finalists in the UTIB Home Textile Competition in 2021. In the same year, she became one of the finalists in the 15th Istanbul International Fabric Design Competition. In 2021, his designs from the Koza Contest collection were featured on the cover of the GQ Turkey Climate Issue and were featured in Contemporary Istanbul 2021. She was one of the speakers in the speech on Climate Change and Sustainability in Fashion at the Mecidiyeköy Liquor Factory. Her designs from FWI 2021 were worn in The Beat Juice magazine. Her interview was published in Dazed Magazine. Her designs were published in KALTBLUT Magazine and L'Officiel Turkey in 2022. DUCFS, which raises funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust with international designers, exhibited her mini collection in 2022. Again the same year, she became one of the designers at the Dubai Expo 2020 Sustainable Fashion Show.
Selina Alp was born in Arnhem, The Netherlands on the 29th of April in the year of 1996. After graduating from Kandinsky College Malderburcht in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, she moved to the United States of America to attend Bartlesville High School in the state of Oklahoma. She graduated in Theatre and Fine Arts from Bartlesville High School. After graduating she moved back to The Netherlands to attend The Royal Academy of Art, The Hague and studied her Bachelor in Textile & Fashion. But after two years she decided to study abroad, so she moved to Istanbul to study the same major, Fashion Design. She was accepted to the Istanbul Fashion Academy (IMA) in 2016, and attended the Department of Fashion Design and Technologies. During her education, she participated in the Koza Competition in the year of 2019. Selina took part in the finals as top 10 finalists in the 27th edition of the Koza Young Fashion Designers Competition. After graduating her Bachelors degree, she then started her Masters Degree at the Istanbul Fashion Academy. In 2021, Selina participated in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Istanbul under the name of New Gen Spring/Summer 2021. She presented her Menswear collection. After graduating, she then returned back to The Netherlands to work on her new collection for New Gen and work for different projects as a freelance fashion designer for different brands in countries such as The Netherlands, The States and Germany. Selina currently continues to prepare her own Fashion brand.
