Murat Aytulum graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Theater Main Art Department, Decoration-Costume Design Department in 1997. Afterwards, he won the third prize in the Leather Dress Design Competition organized by Ezgi Agency.
Aytulum, made it to the semi-finals in Smirnoff International Fashion Awards and received honorable mention awards in various competitions. After exhibiting the "Atlı Bakireler" collection at the IF Fashion Fair, he started to prepare a professional collection in the leather industry and to provide consultancy to the company.
Murat Aytulum, who also feeds his creative side by working as an editor and art director in the TV and advertising sector, established his own brand in 2010.
In 2011, he introduced her first collection ‘KUKLA’, as a Fashion Designer, to consumers at Galata Fashion Festival. Then, he made his first personal fashion show within the scope of Galata Moda festival. Over the years, the designer, who has been involved in many social responsibility projects such as Kanatlandılar, Hayatın Armağanı and Hayat Ver, continues to exhibit his collections as part of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Istanbul since 2015.
