One of the world’s most famous haute couture brands, Nedo by Nedret Taciroglu is coming out with a new Demi Couture collection inspired by the Art Nouevau movement. She dreamt of taking during lockdown, staring at the fickle waters of Bosphorus from her historical villa in Istanbul. Nedo’s lookbook shoot and the fashion show took place in her hometown Istanbul.
Demi Couture FW21 collection is vibrant with romantic yet glamorous dresses that embrace the feminine spirit. Nedret Taciroğlu adopts daily fabrics such as crep cady with lace and crystal embroidery and fused asymetric shapes and combines them with her signature ruffles, lace appliqués and voluminous skirts and she embellishes them with modern cuts.
Dominant black, white, silver and gold colors the collection consists of 45 pieces including crepe cady and velvet mini dresses with macrome lace appliqués, and crystal embelishments, silk organza cocktail dresses with french lace appliqués, black-silver and nude silver polkadot dresses with lace appliqués are also mentioned in the collection as a reflection of her romantic style.
