Born and raised in Istanbul, Nedret Taciroglu received her degree in Interior design at Mimar Sinan Univercity. She soon combined her love of fashion and home decoration and established the Nedo Collection in 2002. She quickly rose become a major influence in the world of fashion; designing, producing and exporting handcrafted garments in the most luxurious fabrications and embellishments for clients in Istanbul, Paris, New York, Taiwan, Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, Ryad, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi and Kuwait.
After launching her couture line it came to be appreciated by Turkish and international clients and buyers for it’s delicate, refined, different and romantic taste as well as it’s special fabrics and accessories. All her clothes are handmade using delicate fabrics such as lace, silk chiffon and organza. The use of embellishments enhances the impression of high-end luxury and elegance. Her designs are chosen for red carpet events in Cannes and in Los Angeles as well.
Since 2010 she is presenting her collection in Milan showroom and during Paris Fashion Week. In 2015 she won ELLE Style Awards as The Designer Of The Year.
